Refund policy


ONLY human hair wigs are eligible for return. Item(s) must be returned within 3 days of the order arrival date (the date the item arrived at your shipping address). There is a 10% restocking fee applied to all returns. 

Are in the same condition you received them (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products or odor)

To start a return, you can contact us at info@wearthehairco.com. Please do not send a return without emailing me first.

If your return is accepted, will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Synthetic Wigs or items marked FINAL SALE.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Refunds will be applied to your original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. A 10% fee is deducted from the item's unit price when processing the monetary refund as a restock fee.

A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided upon approval of return. Buyer is responsible for all damages or loss incurred during return shipment to our location.

Refunds are processed 5 to 7 business days after your return has been received. Please allow a further 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Please note that any delays in processing your refund back to your account may be due to your financial banking institution.
